Requirements
Application Requirements
The following are the computer system requirements for running the Med Records to GoTM application:
- Windows® XP/Vista/Windows 7 Operating Systems
- An available USB port for the insertion of the flash drive.
- The Microsoft Internet Explorer browser program, or a compatible browser (Netscape, Foxfire, Mozilla, and others) .
- A CD-ROM drive
- At least 32 MB of memory
- VGA Monitor
- A temporary Internet connection if the cell phone feature or the CDA feature is used.
iPhone® Cell Phone Requirements
- iPhone® IOS 4.0 or above operating platform
- Internet access is required from your cell phone.
- A digital picture to be placed on the cell phone must be of type "png" and no greater the 1.5 inches square.
- At least 40,000 bytes of storage available on your cell phone for placement of the Med Records to Gotm medical records and digital picture.
Android Cell Phone Requirements
- Android 2 and above operating platform
- Internet access is required from your cell phone.
- A digital picture to be placed on the cell phone must be of type "png" and no greater the 1.5 inches square.
- At least 40,000 bytes of storage available on your cell phone for placement of the Med Records to Gotm medical records and digital picture.
Clinical Document Architecture Requirements
The following are the computer system requirements for transmitting your medical records to a medical care facility/office:
- The computer in which the Med Records to GoTM application is running requires a temporary Internet connection.
- The medical care facility should support Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) of the Internation Heath Level Seven (HL7) standard.
- The Internet Protocol (IP) and port addresses, or the URL address, of the destination medical facility is required to connect and transmit the medical records from the Med Records to GoTM application.
- The destination medical facility is required to support the Minimal Link Level Protocol (MLLP) of the HL7 standard to have a successful transmission of the medical records.
